Erin Ryeson has been a Lapeer County resident and involved in local business and in the community at large since 1970. After years in the restaurant business, many know her from E.G. Nick’s, Erin chose a path in real estate. Having raised three children in this area, she know how much it has to offer those of every age, income, and lifestyle. As the owner of various properties, many of which she renovated, Erin knows a great deal when she sees one and loves to get more bang for the buck.
